Now Hiring for: Day and Evening Shift
Salary Range: $35 to $37.65

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As the
Social Services Director (SSD) , you will direct the overall operation of the Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and Company policies and procedures to assist each resident and family in adjusting to placement, illness, and plan of care so as to attain the highest practicable level of functioning.
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in related field
2-3 years of related field work experience
Ability to develop and maintain care plan with facility interdisciplinary team
Ability to work with physically and mentally ill, disabled, and emotionally upset elderly
Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discreet
Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Nice to have:
Experience in skilled nursing environment
Supervisory experience
Ability to think strategically and exercise discretion and independent judgement to reach logical, practical decisions
