Supermicro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Sales Manager responsible for successfully expanding Supermicro's customer base in targeted areas. The Sr. Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross-functional teams - including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. Approach customers in Government, Data centers/Cloud, Gaming, HPCResponsible for outbound cold calls and potential customers, e.g. System integrators, VARs, OEMsQualify opportunities; create target lists for vertical marketsDevelop relationships, communicate product and market informationMonitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order start, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returnsDevelop superior customer service relationships with prospectsConsistently achieve lead and quotaProduce reports as necessaryQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering or similar fields preferredMinimum 8 years of experience in a server sales environment preferredPassionate for sales activitiesAble to work positively under deadlines and constraints, result-oriented and attentive to detailMulti-task and time management skills are a mustConsistently meeting/exceeding assigned jobs/goals in a timely mannerStrong communication skills across multiple disciplines and cultures; demonstrated communication skills-written, verbal presentationExperience tracking and reporting data on lead activityStrong written and verbal skills in English are a must, proficiency in a second language is a plusSalary Range:

$139,000 - $165,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.EEO Statement:
