As the Director of Channel Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships by expanding and managing CLEAR Verified’s channel sales strategy. This role will directly impact our ability to scale, increase brand reach, and drive adoption of our universal identity platform.What you'll do:Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to grow revenue through partnerships and third-party distributors.Establish robust partner & sales enablement programs to train and certify partners on CLEAR Verified’s solutions, empowering them to act as brand ambassadors in their respective markets.Identify and onboard key channel partners to expand market reach and enhance customer acquisition.Lead and manage relationships with partners, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support to succeed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, marketing) to align channel initiatives with business goals, ensuring optimal end-user experience and increasing partner retention.Create and implement incentive programs and promotions that drive performance within the channel.How you'll measure success:Increase in partner-sourced revenue and overall revenue contribution from channel sales.Growth in number of qualified, active channel partners (and end partners) and their performance.Achievement of sales pipeline targets and conversion rates within the channel.Efficiency improvements in partner onboarding and training processes.What you're great at:Proven experience leading channel sales programs, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology.Deep expertise in SaaS and channel management, with a strong track record in driving sales growth via indirect sales strategies in technology or enterprise technology.Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with a track record of driving revenue through third-party channels.Deep understanding of sales strategies, partner ecosystems, and product distribution models.Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.People management experience is a plus.How You'll be Rewarded:At CLEAR we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. The base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $175,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
