$180,000 + Bonus up to $75,000Role Overview:The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Client Relations, driving operational efficiency and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to achieve the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage various projects, streamline processes, and support the development and execution of business strategies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:
Assist the VP of Client Relations in formulating strategic initiatives and business plans.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.Scout, engage, and execute on strategic partnerships and JVs.
Project Management:
Lead key projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.Coordinate cross-functional teams to support Client Relations efforts.Ensure success of existing, and find new, RIAs and JVs.Deploy the Hawaii Fund and proactively engage fundraising efforts.
Operational Excellence:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.Oversee and assist sales operations with client relations and asset deployment.Grow new & existing JV partnerships.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between the VP and other departments, ensuring alignment on business objectives.Prepare and present reports on Client Relations activities and outcomes.
Team Development:
Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.Identify training and development opportunities for the Client Relations team.
Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the VP.Organize and facilitate executive-level meetings and retreats.
Stakeholder Satisfaction:
Maintain a stakeholder satisfaction score of 85% or higher based on surveys and feedback.Work with Marketing team to implement reviews, NPS, and other industry-accepted client satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in Client Relations, operations, or strategic planning, preferably in the financial services industry.Proven track record of managing projects and driving results.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in project management tools and business intelligence software.Performance Metrics for Bonus Structure:Base Salary:
$180,000Bonus Potential:
Up to $75,000 based on the following performance metrics:Revenue Growth:
Achieve a minimum of $75MM in EC from new and existing JVs.Achieve a minimum of $25MM in IF Equity Contributions in 2025.
