DescriptionPosition Summary:What’s the job?The Inside Territory Manager is responsible for selling our products and services with the objective of maximizing potential revenue and gaining the loyalty of the accounts in their designated region. The Inside Territory Manager will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop their phone-based revenue generation through creating sales leads, initiating prospect calls, and establishing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role. You enjoy challenges and are motivated to chase leads for the prospect of compensation.If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!Essential Functions and Duties:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and other lead sources provided by the company.Consult with current and potential customers about the benefits of growing their revenue and reach by partnering with USI.Understand & demonstrate the product & service to the customer in a consultative manner.Effectively communicate value propositions to all targeted customers and prospects.Call and email inactive accounts and aggressively pursue leads driving renewed sales activity and customer retention.Cultivate a professional, trusting relationship with the account through consistent feedback, creative solutions to challenges, and maintaining the ability for them to keep their promises and the integrity of their brand.Operate as the lead contact for any and all matters pertaining to your accounts.Continue to improve business development processes to increase sales success rates.Assist in improving brand awareness & social media presence in cooperation with the marketing department.Onboard new partners to ensure a positive experience.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.Set up and deliver virtual sales presentations, and product/service demonstrations.Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth in the assigned territory.Build a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievement.Collaborate closely with team members to help grow revenue.Provide ongoing customer support, education on focus products, and market updates for the current customer base.Provide & convert quotes to customers.This is a summary of typical functions of this position and is not intended to be exhaustive or comprehensive of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties.Qualification and Skills:Positive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and the ability to work independently.Proficient computer skills and experience with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).Requirements:2-5 years of B2B experience in a sales role.High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour + commission.This position can reasonably expect to earn between $52,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually depending on factors such as experience, performance, attendance, etc.Job Type:
