Here, you will make an impact by:Meet and/or exceed sales growth targets within assigned geographyManage a robust hopper of sales opportunities and activitiesManage, support and build relationships at key converters and OEM customers.Develop and implement business plans and strategies at key converter customersTrain and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited universityThree (3) years of selling experience in a private, public, government or military environmentPossess a current, valid driver’s licenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Previous experience in tape converting industry or within 3M industrial market centerExperience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationshipsSkills include: Presentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, salesSales Territory: Northern CaliforniaTravel: May include up to 25% domestic/internationalRelocation: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
