Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:

Litera is seeking an experienced Director Field & Account Based Marketing to help integrate the company's value propositions into the buyer's journey. You will have strategic, programmatic, managerial and tactical/operational responsibilities related to demand creation program objectives for our Account Based Marketing (ABM) Programs and Field Marketing Programs. This role will be responsible for developing the strategy and executing marketing ABM campaigns and managing the Field Marketing team along with the events strategy to accelerate pipeline growth and generate net new MQLs, SQLs, and marketing influenced pipeline to scale customer revenue growth efforts to support global sales targets.You will work closely with our Revenue, Customer Success, Product, Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Digital Demand centers. You are eager to educate and capture buyers' interest, and build a marketing influenced pipeline to exceed revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive account-based marketing strategy to target key accounts and decision-makers within the legal and professional services sectors.Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales objectives, ensuring a seamless customer journey and a unified approach to the market.Create personalized marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with specific accounts, leveraging insights to tailor messaging and content.Plan and manage field marketing events, including seminars, workshops, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring strong brand representation and lead generation.Analyze and report on the effectiveness of ABM and field marketing campaigns, utilizing data to optimize future strategies.Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring all marketing activities deliver a strong return on investment.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.Skills:Experience (8+ years) and understanding of Account Based Marketing and Field Marketing best practices.Experience managing 1-5 individuals while also executing on key roles and responsibilities.Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.Keen understanding and experience in events such as conferences, roundtables, panels, c-level dinners/meetings, etc.Creative thinking and critical thinking skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Initiative-taking and purposeful, with strong diligence.Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping.Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.Effective communicator and bridge builder – you have the keen ability to rally stakeholders for challenging projects and get team members on your side.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 8 years of experience in account-based marketing and field marketing, preferably in the legal, technology, or professional services industries.Demonstrated success in developing and executing ABM campaigns that have directly contributed to increased account engagement and revenue growth.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized to execute and manage multiple projects at once.Experience in industry and professional events strategy, planning and execution.Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).Willingness to travel as needed to support field marketing events and activities.Why Join Litera?The company culture:

The salary range for

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents

is $100,000 to $128,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).Litera is an equal opportunity employer.
