WORLD .
The ideal candidate for this role is an outside-the-box thinker who doesn’t hesitate to dive in, learn new skills, and investigate better ways to operate at every chance. Under the supervision of the CEO, you will provide day-to-day operational supervision and constant process improvement of our ever-growing Chronic Care Management Team, Value Based Care, Remote Patient Management, Pharmacy, Integrated and Specialty Care Team. This is done by spearheading process improvement initiatives, managing teams of elite caregivers of various levels, and finding a way to not only embrace the chaos – but organize it. This position will be primarily located at our Headquarters in Southfield; but must have the ability to travel to all EPIC locations (Southfield, Detroit, Ferndale, Hamtramck - currently).
*This is an on-site position. Must reside in the Metro Detroit area*
When you become our next District Manager you’ll take on:
Training, mentoring, and coaching of staff
Recruitment and retention of services most needed by our patients to provide the best care
Creating and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement through constant agile project management
Providing and overseeing excellent customer service delivery, including advocating for the patient, listening to their concerns, and addressing issues promptly, courteously, and respectfully
Coordinating interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless care delivery and service cycle before, during, and after the appointment
Holding teams accountable to defined goals
Defining and sustaining your service lines financially to ensure profitability and growth
Doing other stuff too, because all of our EPIC Warriors are
team-oriented
and
high-performers

You would be a great fit for this role if you:
Come with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or believe you’re ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment that will challenge you every single day
Have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Are technology literate enough to navigate an Electronic Health Record, the Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools used at EPIC Health
Aren’t afraid to try new things and pivot when you see an opportunity to improve
Understand that a mistake is an opportunity to coach and learn
Can present, speak, and write well enough to adapt your style and delivery to a wide variety of audiences.
