The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, values continuous learning, and is curious and innovative.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Deliver training on DaVita proprietary clinical applications and MS Office products.Able to adapt to individual adult learning styles by applying learner-centered principles.Communicate effectively, assisting customers via phone and video conference platforms.Develop needs assessment to deliver training as requested.Function as a SME in proprietary software.Collaborate within a well-established team.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:3-5 Years of technical training experience.Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred).Adult Learning and/or Training Certification (preferred).Healthcare industry experience (preferred).Versed in Microsoft Office Products/M365.Proficient with Microsoft Teams and/or other virtual meeting software.Self-Starter and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional time management/organizational skills.Training Presentation:
