https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSWhat is in it for you:Competitive salaryPaid Time OffMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401KEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activitiesRate of Pay: $27.52 per hourJob DescriptionWhat you will be doing:Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Being a team player in assisting the Room Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficientlyOffer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests and responding timely to any special requestsOrganize and maintain inventoryRespond timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items ie: cribs, cots, extra towels etc.Collect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from Room Attendants’ carts and closetsFollow departmental policies and proceduresReport necessary maintenance itemsFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assignedPhysical Aspects of Position:Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 60 lbsFrequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience an assetAbility to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervisionAbility to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcomingAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:Opportunity to work with a diverse group, representative of over 20 countries worldwideExperienced group of individuals to train and hone innate skills and abilitiesVisa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.
