OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leadership and business development.District Manager Position Description:Overseeing operations for a designated Wendy's DistrictDevelop and mentor your General Managers to create growth opportunitiesMonitor and reinforce food safety procedures within your marketMaximizing store sales and profit goalsSustaining strong P&L numbers for all locations in your districtAutonomy over financial decisions in your storesMaintain QSC standardsEnsure protection of Wendy's brand and assetsLead by example, portraying a positive attitude and demonstrating drive for results by going above and beyond for our customersQualifications:3-4 years of experience as a District Manager in the restaurant industry, particularly in the quick-serve spaceFlexible work abilityDemonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environmentProven talent and performance management skillsPhysical Elements:Ability to stand for long periodsFrequent bending and kneelingRegular lifting (25 - 50 pounds)Travel to other restaurants, Area Office, etc. as neededEquipment Use:Ability to use Headset to take customer orders or to take or give directionAbility to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)Knowledge of basic computer skillsAbility to use keyboard and computerPerformance Elements:Ability to come to work promptly and regularlyAbility to take direction and work well with othersPassion for providing courteous service and dealing effectively with Wendy’s guestsInterest in developing othersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframesAbility to concentrate and perform duties accuratelyAbility to learn and apply policies and proceduresAbility to react to change productively and handle other tasks assignedAbility to communicate clearly and effectivelyAbility to complete all applicable training programsReal food.
