Responsibilities

Lead a dynamic group of Sales Professionals to reach their maximum potential

Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group

Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time

Commit to grow professionally and personally

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential

Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models

Manage an effective inventory turn for both new and used vehicles

Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership

Actively participate in effective training and development meetings

Maintaining customer experience scores

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive sales management
