Senior Endpoint Engineer
with wide-ranging IT and Managed Service Providers (MSP) skills to build out-of-the-box solutions for our IT Operations suite of software. Use your extensive IT industry and operating systems knowledge to create content that helps our clients keep their customer environments secure and elevates NinjaOne’s product value. The solutions you build will be used by thousands of companies and your contributions will impact the baseline IT standards of companies around the world.You will join our Automation team, working alongside other Endpoint Engineers. Collaborating with our Senior Product Managers and Software Development Engineers, you will work with like-minded individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional solutions to our NinjaOne clients.Location

AWS . Knowing large-scale datastore bottlenecks, asynchronous application design and client-server architecture will help you.What you will be doing:Product Content Development:
Define and build desired state content for independent software vendor product titles. Collaborate with other product engineers to maintain existing content in central repositories. Research and investigate new requirements based on customer needs and security vulnerabilities.
Product-Enhancing Scripting:
Build new, maintain and improve existing endpoint script solutions to help keep customer environments up-to-date and secure. Work with automated solutions and QA engineers to ensure accurate test coverage and the highest product quality.
Product Standardization and Documentation:
Help define internal standards and templates that will support consistency. Drive efficiency allowing the team to move quickly and meet our product goals. Create and maintain accurate product documentation for both internal and external client audiences.
Other duties as needed
About You6+ years of experience managing, configuring, automating and software deployment to Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
6+ years of experience scripting in PowerShell.
Experience of software packaging and scripting software installers.
Experience managing endpoints.
Experience with source control, interacting with REST APIs and working with structured data.
Background in automation – testing and automating processes.
Experience with 3rd party patching using tools like SCCM, Ivanti, and Kace.
Experience with the challenges IT teams face with security and software vulnerability management.
Technical experience across the entire IT infrastructure, managed services stack.
A passion for problem solving, an ability to deconstruct complex problems into parts and develop solutions.
Bonus points: Pester Test Framework experience.
