Lead Product Manager

Overview:Lytx is excited to offer an immediate opportunity for a Lead Product Manager to join our Lytx Lab team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, this role focuses on managing experimental projects aimed at identifying and prioritizing new value investments. The Lead Product Manager will leverage a deep understanding of Lytx’s markets, customers, and competition to guide the R&D team in uncovering and delivering client value.Key Responsibilities:Market Discovery: Analyze market segments, customer needs, competition, and industry trends, incorporating feedback from Lytx’s customer-facing teams to identify new market opportunities.Experimental Design: Collaborate with UX and development teams to design and conduct experiments that explore both existing and new markets, ensuring strong market feedback loops.Value Testing: Utilize Lytx’s extensive data to test hypotheses about client needs and value, and validate new value propositions.Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics to assess the success of experiments and guide future strategies.Business Case Development: Develop business cases and market requirements based on experimental findings to integrate successful experiments into core product offerings.Strategic Planning: Partner with strategic leaders to define and create a long-term experimental discovery roadmap based on market problem discovery.Compliance: Ensure that all experiments align with privacy and compliance requirements by collaborating with legal and data governance teams.Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to effectively communicate innovations and new developments to the market.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Product Management, encompassing both new product development and management of in-market products.Experience in project management.Knowledge of distributed systems development processes.Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.Proven success in collaborating with engineering teams to develop successful products.Experience with telematics products is a plus.Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.Strong focus on customer needs and market analysis.Data-driven decision-making skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Benefits:Medical, dental and vision insurance Health Savings AccountFlexible Spending AccountsTelehealth401(k) and 401(k) matchLife and AD&D insuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityFTO or PTOEmployee Well-Being program11 paid holidays plus 1 inclusive holiday per yearVolunteer Time OffEmployee Referral programEducation Reimbursement ProgramEmployee Recognition and Appreciation programAdditional perk and voluntary benefit programsSalary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:$157,750.00 - $199,250.00Innovation Lives HereYou go all in no matter what you do, and so do we.
