MSSP Channel Account Manager to cover the Americas and bolster our Customer Success team.This position will report directly to the MSSP CAM team leader. If you're passionate about making the world a safer place and want to be part of an award-winning company culture, we invite you to join us.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow MSSPs consumption (ARR) in the Americas (Canada, USA, LATAM)Oversee the entire MSSP lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, education, product adoption, expansion, and renewalsLead MSSP Sales enablement and Sales performance monitoring and optimizationCreate with MSSPs Joint demand generation activities - marketing and promotionDevelop MSSP Channel strategy and planningHandle channel conflict resolution and issue managementOwn MSSP Feedback Loop - Gather and channel customer feedback, reinforcing their voice within Cyberint's frameworkSpearhead internal process enhancements tailored to MSSP requirementsQualificationsMinimum of 4 years in a Channel-centric role within B2B sectors2+ years of specialized experience working with and selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 MSPs/MSSPsProven track record of success in managing and growing strategic partnerships with MSPs/MSSPsResults-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targetsStrong relationship management and negotiation skillsAbility to develop and execute channel strategies that drive revenue growthStrategic thinker with the ability to execute on tactical initiativesCollaborative team player who can work effectively across different departments and with external partnersComprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. Advantage - Proven expertise in external cyber risk, intelligence, and WEBINT domains, as well as collaboration with attack teams (e.g., penetration testers and red teamers)Proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) is essentialBachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant disciplineBi-lingual w/Spanish or Portuguese is considered a distinct advantageMust be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled
