(CHA), a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system, is seeking
full-time/part-time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists . CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine. Our system consists of three hospital campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty outpatient care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region (Medford, Malden, and Everett). CHA also provides mental health services through its high school-based health centers within the Cambridge, Everett, Malden, and Somerville Public School districts.Available Opportunities:
Full-time or half-time hybrid opportunities within our outpatient clinics in Malden or in CambridgeHalf-time in-person opportunities within our high school-based health centersSuccessful candidates will:
Possess a strong commitment to and passion for working with our multicultural, underserved patient populationHave clinical and/or academic interests in supporting or developing trauma-informed, evidence-based programs for culturally and linguistically diverse youthWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary staff; including psychologists, social workers, primary care providers, nurses and administrative supportProvide clinical supervision of Harvard-affiliated traineesBe board eligible or board certified in Child and Adolescent PsychiatryClinical practice supports include:
Innovative clinical model allowing our providers to focus on patient care and contribute to population health effortsIntegrated electronic medical record (Epic)Robust interpreter serviceMultidisciplinary team-based care with case worker supportAdditional Information:
