Baystate Health , western Massachusetts’ premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School – Baystate Health, is seeking an Endocrinologist to join our team in western Massachusetts.Position Highlights:Join our growing division of 9 endocrinologists, 4 advanced practitioners, 4 fellows, and a support team which includes diabetes educators, RDs, and RNs.Enjoy a combination of clinical care & teaching with a faculty appointment to UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate. Clinical research and QI, safety, and population science projects are available and encouraged.Great mix of outpatient general endocrinology and inpatient consults, practicing primarily at Baystate Medical Center, a 716-bed academic hospital in Springfield, MA.Leadership is committed to your professional satisfaction and work/life balance – call is 1:7 weekends and led by endocrine fellows, prorated to FTE.Work with fellows in our endocrine fellowship program, alongside internal medicine and med/peds residents, medical students, and APP students.Our robust program includes a Diabetes Self-Management Education program, our one-stop thyroid clinic, and our multi-disciplinary thyroid cancer program.Baystate offers an open and inclusive culture that supports faculty development, learning, and diversity.Qualifications:
