Try to make summary exciting, as this is the hook to entice potential candidates to continue reading and to apply.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOPerform the Load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipmentSecure required passes and tickets and prepare guest lists under the direction of the Stage ManagerCabling; assist audio & lighting crew as directedBand Set changesEnsure that members of the Band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s)Communicate the details of the evening’s event to the production crewHang show banners, update marquees and other signage in the venueCoordinate food trays for the band in the Music HallAssist lighting & audio crew as directed by Stage Manager or PM; Spotlight operation if requiredMaintenance and repair of sound, light and stage equipmentAssist the Stage Manager with show passesMaintain and secure House Backline and suppliesMaintain curtains, drapes, risers and other staging itemsAssist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.Assist lighting crew with fixtures, lamps, gels, cabling, etc.Operate and care for stage areas in a safe, clean mannerAssist with any Special Events operationsEnsure stage trash is taken out; stage swept or set up for next show when possibleWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequired:3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experienceExperience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systemsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with all Microsoft applicationsSuperior interpersonal communication and organizational skillsHigh School DiplomaPreferred:College DegreePhysical Demands/Working Environment:Must be able to lift up to 75 lbsWork in an environment with moderate to loud noise levelEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
