Altamira believes that our people and the culture of our company differentiate us from other companies.Position Summary:Altamira Technologies Corporation is seeking a Technical Project Manager for our Space Systems team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical mission programs, guiding teams of Software, DevSecOps, Cloud, and Systems Engineers to successfully deliver integrated mission systems. You will be entrusted with coordinating program objectives, managing client relationships, and addressing the complexities of budget and staffing challenges. As a key account authority, you'll identify growth opportunities while contributing your expertise to support our clients' missions. Plan, prioritize, execute, and maintain programs and projects to meet customer requirements.Product Vision:
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform development, aligning with strategic objectives and mission goals.Innovation Culture:
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders to enhance platform effectiveness.Accountability:
Manage program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all aspects are executed on time and within scope.Backlog Management:
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, delivering features and enhancements with high quality.Resource Management:
Anticipate resource needs and manage them effectively to meet project objectives.Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.Best Practices:
Employ industry best practices and standards throughout project execution.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience as a Program/Product Manager with a successful track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.Demonstrated experience of systems engineering, data platforms, and critical mission requirements management.Extensive experience with agile development methodologies.Familiarity with Space ground segment mission systems (E.g. Command and Control).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members.Familiarity with hybrid cloud platforms.Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.Education Requirements:10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or Advanced degree preferred (typically in STEM focused discipline - Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).Relevant certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM) are a plus.In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for these positions is $150,000 to $225,000.
