Ledgent Finance & Accounting, one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S., focuses on placing entry-level to senior-level finance and accounting talent across a variety of industries. We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our operations in the Inland Empire, California area.

Specifically in this role, the Branch Manager oversees the local team for the business line but also participates hands-on in the sales and recruitment efforts with our candidates and clients in the Inland Empire, California area. Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Branch Manager uses end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle skills to promote our finance & accounting workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects through a combination of video and in-person meetings.

Finance or accounting-related industry experience is helpful.
Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful.

2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience.
