We are looking for an experienced and analytical Associate Director of Marketing and Audience Analytics to join our marketing team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, audience segmentation, and marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives, providing insights into audience behavior, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Lead the development and implementation of audience analytics strategies to support marketing goalsAnalyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights on audience behavior and campaign performanceDevelop and maintain audience segmentation models to improve targeting and personalization effortsCollaborate with product, strategy, marketing, and content teams to ensure data-driven decision-makingOversee the creation and distribution of regular reports on key performance metrics, trends, and insightsUtilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimizationManage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional developmentStay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics and audience insightsWork closely with the IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and accessibilityPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholdersWHAT YOU’LL NEED:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, audience insights, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, GWI, Meltwater, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BIExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsProven experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and personalizationStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholdersExperience managing and mentoring a teamAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of digital marketing channels and strategiesABOUT USBorn in 2001, Code and Theory is a digital-first creative agency that sits at the center of creativity and technology. $120k-$150k

. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
