Senior Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a motivated, organized and insight-driven Senior Marketing Manager to drive global projects and improve our marketing operations effectiveness. Based in Brooklyn, they will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work cross-functionally with our global marketing, product, customer experience, and operations teams to enhance our marketing activity and effectiveness and manage strategic projects and marketing activities. They will collaborate with marketing senior managers and leadership to support strategy formulation and solve marketing challenges. They may also support direct marketing execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, possess excellent analytical skills and communications skills, and have experience with project management. They should be able to think strategically and analytically about our marketing strategy and our business and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Contribute to the development of our tools, processes, and best practices.
Manage marketing and cross-functional strategic projects.
Assess customer needs, the competitive landscape, and business results to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Support with strategic direct marketing activity.
Requirements
Significant professional marketing experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing-related data.
Robust project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working in a global and cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ecommerce, recommerce, or marketplace brands.
Experience with Tableau.
Experience communicating to senior management.
Salary
$90,000 per year
