Key to the success of this role will be the implementation of colleague engagement and workforce development solutions that further our efforts to achieve Best in Class for Innovation, Supplier Engagement and Service Delivery Excellence as well as a Great Place to Work for all colleagues.How you will achieve this:Leadership Engagement:
Elevate leadership engagement and commitment at the global, tower and BU level.Execution of monthly one-page global S2P report by tower for S2P leadersDevelopment of engaging and inspiring Leader Forums agenda including end-to-end supplier execution and socialization of follow-up key messagesOwnership of Leading in S2P Teams/other Communication Medium including maintenance of extended leaders distribution list and updates for S2P LeadersDrive the connection & adaption of S2P initiatives alongside supplier lifecycle management strategies via extended and Level Leaders network as measured via participation and activation ratesS2P Operational Planning & Communications:
Supporting the execution of our S2P Governance and Operational Plan Commitments including:Evolving the S2P Story and “Changing Lives, Together” strategic intent with associated KPIs to demonstrate tangible S2P value creation across each tower for ELT Business PartnersChair Communications Council, made up with a mix of S2P colleagues from various teams, by providing appropriate management of the Council’s roster, direction, and initiativesDevelop communications tailored for the S2P team and external colleagues, including announcements, project updates, and organizational changes, to maintain transparency and engagementEnsure all communications are consistent with the organization’s brand voice and tone, maintaining a professional and engaging style that aligns with S2P’s values and objectivesAdept at creating engaging content, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving organizational alignment through effective communicationAct as the primary liaison between S2P and other teams, including Fuse (Technical Team, Knowledge Management Team), Digital CoE, and others, facilitating collaboration and ensuring cohesive communication strategiesPartner with S2P Leadership and the PPAI team to develop and deliver quarterly communications on business achievements to senior management stakeholders, including VP-level and executive leadership team (ELT) membersStay updated on industry best practices in communications and bring innovative ideas to enhance S2P’s communication effortsMonitor and update S2P content on Fuse, ensuring all information is current, relevant, and easily accessiblePrepare talking points and consistent messaging for S2P leadership for external speaking engagements and conferencesOrganize and run S2P Town Halls, facilitating effective communication and engagement across the organizationEstablish and monitor Regional S2P Colleague forums to improve business acumen and knowledge sharing across towersTrusted Business Partner Strategy:
Supporting the elevation of the S2P Partnership Approach to demonstrate value, commitment, and impact.Planning of strategic S2P Partnership across Pfizer including ownership of joint goals and progression of new partnership goals for S2PChair Professional Development Council, made up with a mix of S2P colleagues from various teams, by providing appropriate management of the Council’s roster, direction, and initiativesMaintenance of our the S2P Customer Community Page and Externally Facing appsPublication of the S2P “the Source” Success Stories each month and management of socialization with GBS LT functionsDeveloping customized partnership support models and partnership scorecards to demonstrate S2P Value and Improvements in partnership areasProvide content support to S2PLT for external speaking assignmentsS2P Training & Onboarding:
