Perform hands-on coding to retrieve and analyze large datasets using Python and SQLIntegrate disparate data sources and leverage state-of-the-art analytics best practices to deliver integrated actionable insights to partners and stakeholdersManage and streamline data extraction processes with great attention to detailAssess the potential usefulness, validity, and rigor of new data sourcesWork with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality of the dataBuild hands-on media mix models to connect the impact of marketing tactics with business short-term and long-term outcomesRun optimization and simulation scenarios to help provide marketing investment and allocation recommendations to stakeholdersExplain complex modeling approaches in simple terms and develop compelling narratives that connect modeling results with business problemsMinimum Qualifications

Master's degree in statistics, economics, operations research, engineering, or related field4+ years of experience in data science, MMM, measurement, marketing strategy & analyticsProficient coding skills (Python/SQL) and relational database knowledge and knowledge of TableauExperience in integrating, structuring, and analyzing large amounts of data from diverse sourcesExtensive experience with predictive modeling algorithmsStrong project management skills and attention-to-detail documentation skillsStrong written & verbal communication with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to a range of audiences and to ‘tell a story’ that provides insight into the businessYou have a passion for working in a fast-paced agile environmentA collaborative mindset and sense of curiosityPreferred Qualifications

PhD degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related fieldExperienced in building market mix and multi-touch attribution modelsExperience with advertising, measurement, and/or digital marketing analyticsExperience with advertising technology platforms Ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, etc.
