ARA is looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in OpenShift and you need to have a solid understanding of DevOps principles, container orchestration, and cloud-native application development. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and scalability of applications within OpenShift environments.OpenShift Management : Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift clusters to support containerized applicationsCI/CD Pipeline Development : Build and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processesAutomation : Develop and implement automation scripts to optimize infrastructure deployment, scaling, and maintenance using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, or GitLab CIMonitoring & Troubleshooting : Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure high availability and performance of OpenShift environments. Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them efficientlyCollaboration : Work closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to integrate DevOps solutions into the development lifecycleCloud Integration : Manage hybrid and multi-cloud deployments, ensuring seamless integration between OpenShift and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCPSecurity & Compliance : Implement security best practices for containers and Kubernetes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and conduct regular security auditsPerformance Optimization : Tune application performance, load balancing, and scaling strategies within OpenShift clustersDocumentation : Maintain thorough documentation of infrastructure, systems, and processesMust be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearanceBachelors degree in a related field along with 2-4 years of relevant work experienceExperience with OpenShift:

Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, deployments, and associated toolsContainerization:

Proficiency in Docker, container orchestration, and microservices architectureAutomation Tools:

Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar IaC (Infrastructure as Code) toolsCI/CD Pipelines:

Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Minikube, or similar toolsScripting and Programming:

Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Java, Terraform or GroovyCloud Platforms:

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and their integration with OpenShiftMonitoring & Logging:
