In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Systems Engineering and Software Integration (SESI), Aegis Fielding and Sustainment, and Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Combat System Engineering Agent (CSEA) Program Management Teams. You will coordinate cost, schedule, and technical execution to achieve key contract commitments, playing a vital role in our engagement with the US Navy.WHO YOU AREYou are a proactive leader with a strong background in program management and a passion for achieving results. Come and experience your future!Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse distributed and virtual teams• Experience managing efforts through EVM and Program Performance Management• Strong communication and presentation skills• A track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and employees.• Active Secret security clearanceDesired Skills:• Highly organized, prompt and with a proclivity for detail• Experience leading cross functional teams• Proposal Management Experience• The ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and bring matters/issues to successful closure.• Preferred Experience working with U.S. Navy as a customer, specifically PEO IWS• Ability to introduce new approaches to improve quality / reduce cost – transform processesSecurity Clearance Statement:
