SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-ValleyPosition Overview:This position is preferred to work from home within the Sutter Health Northern California footprint. Responsible for the management of multiple medium-sized projects and/or large-sized projects. Assists in the establishment and implementation of Sutter digital project management office (PMO) project management processes and methodologies for the information services (IS) community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet client expectations. Accountable for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues. Responsible for the tracking of key project milestones, adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of clients, and coordinates communication with other teams and clients in relation to scope of management, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.Job Description:EDUCATION:Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.Bachelor's: Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldTYPICAL EXPERIENCE:5 years of recent experience.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Knowledge of general Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), project management methodologies and/or Sutter Health’s project methodology and project management methodology.Expertise in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel.Ability to use basic English words and phrases to effectively and clearly organize and communicate thoughts and ideas.Ability to make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.Ability to organize workflow to accomplish established objectives.Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.Job Shift:

2Pay Range is $53.59 to $80.39 / hour. The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health.
