: Master’s in Architecture & 24 months experience in architectural design.Special Requirements : Must have a California Architect License and must demonstrate proficient knowledge of the following architectural technologies: REVIT, Rhinoceros, Enscape, Dynamo, BlueBeam, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Employer will accept Special Requirements of architectural technologies gained through employment experience and/or academic coursework.Duties
: The Architect I will collaborate directly with the project leadership and architectural design team on the documentation and coordination of design and building systems of architectural building projects. The Architect I will be responsible for the production of design and construction documentation sets and actively participate in their preparation. The specifics of the position involves the following:Contribute to the full range of architecture services as part of a design team.Collaborate with the project leadership and design team to coordinate all aspects of projects from inception to completion.Lead the development and production of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and details, while adhering to industry standards and codes involving the use of design technologies such as REVIT, Rhinoceros, Enscape, Dynamo, BlueBeam, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documentation.Interface and lead consultant coordination and documentation efforts to ensure complete and coordinated construction documentation.Interface with clients and consultants to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and address inquiries.Ensure that project designs and documents align with applicable local, state, and national building codes and regulations.Maintain project records, update project schedules, and provide progress reports to project leadership.Stay informed about architectural trends, materials, and technologies, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project designs.Salary Range:
