Supermicro is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with superior networking software development experience to be part of our fast-growing switch department. This individual will work on the design, development, and testing of switching software products. This position will be based at our headquarters located in San Jose, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): • Design, architect, and develop networking software to manage Ethernet switches • Work closely with customers, product managers, and other inside teams to understand the software requirements and deliver the software to meet those requirements • Write the test scripts and test the developed networking software • Prepare the design, architecture documents, and test plans for networking software Qualifications:
Salary Range:
$165,000 - $188,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement:
