Virtual within the USOverviewAs a lead Solution Architect for Blue Yonder’s EDI Cloud Services Team, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement B2B solutions leveraging EDI standards, including EDIFACT, while staying at the forefront of our latest B2B innovations. You will act as the key functional liaison among customers, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and third-party consultants, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of EDI onboarding solutions.What you’ll doManage multiple EDI engagements across Blue Yonder’s strategic Cloud customersCollaborate with global teams and regional counterparts to ensure timelines and quality of EDI enabled servicesDefine and establish new continuous improvement plans within Managed Services for EDI OnboardingEnsure EDI and Project teams adhere to EDI standards, procedures, and best practicesCreate and maintain onboarding documentation for customers and trading partners to interface with the current TMS solutionManage client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as neededManage EDI Cloud Services engagements including interactions with client project teams and executivesProvide leadership and motivation to team membersAble to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as warranted by critical situations or customer escalationsAble to take On-Call escalationsWhat we are looking forExperience:Minimum 5+ years of experience working with EDI standards and EDIFACT2+ years Project management experience or similar roleExceptional customer service orientationCurrent or prior experience as a project manager working with a management consulting organization or Transportation Management Solution preferredSkills:Strong business analysis and problem-solving skillsAbility to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiencesStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills requiredEducation:Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferredBachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degreeCore Competencies:Passionate mentor that actively manages the Onboarding team with customer expectations for Trading Partner implementationsExhibits a service mindset by consistently displaying customer centricity and ownershipSalary Range:

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
