You want to be part of creating something great!As an IT and Compliance Implementation Specialist, you will:Assist clients throughout their CMMC journeyAssist in developing a compliance knowledge base, to include assessment guidance and remediation guidance for various compliance frameworks (CMMC Level 1, CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, etc.)Assist in the IT implementation of compliance requirements in M365/GCC/GCC-H and Google Workspace environments.Assist with RADICL’s own internal compliance and IT initiatives and requirementsPartner with Product Management to help drive RADICL XTP Platform’s roadmap to support compliance-related requirements.Stay up to date with the latest CMMC developments and requirementsLearn and become an expert in other compliance frameworks as requiredYour skillset/experience should include:Hands-on experience managing M365 environments to include EntraID, Conditional Access Policies, Intune, Defender, SharePoint and Exchange Online.Experience participating in compliance assessmentsCMMC Certified Professional (or working towards)Knowledge of CMMC, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP and other compliance regulationsKnowledge of Google WorkspaceAbout the WorkplaceAs founders, we greatly value and are passionate about establishing a strong company culture.
