Position Overview:
As the Data & Technology Governance Lead, you will be part of the GRAO (Global Regulatory Affairs Office), primarily supporting Risk and Control Enhancements (RCE) programs with focus on Data and Technology. You will be working with leaders in Technology, Data, ERM, Compliance, Liquidity, and other corporate functions to deliver at-scale change in our risk, reporting, and resiliency capabilities. In your role, you will support NT’s strategic resiliency agenda through the development of governance, risk, and compliance technology and data providing thought leadership in defining and structuring our data and technology enablement.
You will ensure consistency of output across all programs within RCE to ensure coverage for embedded Data and Technology enablement, oversight and challenge, and you may provide leadership to other team members.
Responsibilities:
Partner with GRAO PMO to monitor execution of the RCE and related plans within Technology and Data, and coordinate closely with other Data & Technology Oversight leads for individual RCE programs to ensure that end-to-end plan dependencies are proactively identified and managed.
Responsible for proactively managing and challenging overall staffing and funding plan across Data and Tech as relates to RCE, in close partnership with the other RCE program groups and central GRAO teams.
Enable and support processes and content for all Governance and execution bodies related to Technology and Data RCE program, including forums, working groups, and formal Steering Group for RCE Data and Technology.
Responsible for providing a strategic lens over the activities to look for optimization opportunities and provide horizon reporting and story boards to be used with senior management.
In partnership with PMO team, ensure there is fit-for-purpose executive reporting and analytics that represent Data and Technology Book of Work for both owned and impacted commitments and dependencies.
Establish and manage processes to engage with all Technology and other RCE-related governance committees/forum/bodies that ensures all RCE and related work is appropriately embedded and represented.
Ensure consistency across all Programs that require Data and Tech support including innovative approaches towards delivery, periodic “look-ins” with technology and data teams for complex programs, and confirming quality and adequacy of deliverables against target states.
Required Qualifications:
Experience working as a self-directed contributor as well as director to meet complex business objectives in a highly matrixed environment.
Substantial broad experience in managing large transformation programs with focus on risk management and/or remediation.
Expertise in managing PMO, Financials, Staffing plans and assessments at enterprise scale in a financial company, ideally GSIB.
Understanding of key banking regulations.
Well-developed listening skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence positive outcomes without direct functional control.
Strong Leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering positive and sustainable change.
Bachelor's and/or master's degree in business, operations, data, or technology.

Base Pay Salary Range:
$150,000 - $250,000
