We have an Award Winning Agency in the Brand / Communications in the Retail / Travel / FMCG sector.We are looking for 2 x Snr Account Managers to join the team.We are looking for candidates ideally from an Agency background working as a Snr Account Manager / Account Manager / Client Manager with strong delivery and client engagement experience (any experience of Retail clients would be a big plus).Responsibilities:Financial management: keeping budgets, creating accurate cost estimates, raising invoices for all projects.Think commercially in all aspects of work: considering where efficiencies could be applied, or how to grow existing projects or accounts.Successful relationship development with junior and senior client contacts to enable regular communication and effective completion of projects.Contribute to and work towards a Key Account Plan for clients, including proactively looking for opportunities for account growth and the addition of new services.Use of our in-house job management system to expected standards: clearly communicating to the business forecasted costs, resource, billings and using it to share costs and timings with clients.Understand and employ the correct resource for larger projects where necessary, guiding internal teams to craft their response in a manner that is considered and inspired.As a Snr Account Manager, you should have a background in:3+ years of Account Manager/Senior Account Manager/Project Manager experience from ideally an Agency background.Ideally some experience in retail or shopper marketing.A passion for clear, direct and effective communications.Strong attention to fine detail in copy and visuals.Highly proficient with Microsoft and G-Suite programmes including Word/Pages, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides and Outlook/Gmail.Excellent organisational, problem-solving, prioritisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and oversee operational functions effectively.Experience excelling within fast-paced, high energy environments within any prior role/industry.If you’re an Account Manager looking for a new challenge and want to join an award-winning brand and comms Agency working on high-profile accounts, apply now with a WORD CV.
