We are looking for a highly experienced leader to be the “Business Owner” for complex Strategic Partner agreements such as MPAs and MSAs. You will be responsible for driving successful completion of these agreements while facilitating feedback and approval from cross-functional groups. You must be able to successfully negotiate and execute timely closure of agreements with strategic partners worldwide in a manner that is beneficial to both NVIDIA and our partners.
What you'll be doing:
Drive and Execute complex Partner agreements to timely and successful closure
You will be the subject matter expert for our complex agreements creating contract policy, contract templates and playbooks in close coordination with NVIDIA’s legal team
Work with cross-functional NVIDIA teams on the review of partner agreements and arrive at an agreeable solution with NVIDIA’s partner. This includes preparing contract proposals and redlines in accordance with our Contract Review Process
Coordinate with NVIDIA functional groups on the development and implementation of programs to support the contractual requirements of our partners
Ensure NVIDIA can execute to terms in the agreements is key to success in this role by working either with individuals directly, or through a taskforce built and run by you
What we need to see:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) with 15+ overall years experience leading the successful closure of complex partner agreements
5+ years of Director team leadership experience in contract management at a major technology company
Extensive expertise in all forms of enterprise business agreements
Self-starter and with minimal direction
History of effectively working with enterprise technology partners
Experience leading negotiations with partners at all levels including executive management
Process oriented, high capability for logical and critical thinking and great communication

The base salary range is 236,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
