Our campaigns for Catholic clients are spiritually uplifting, locally mission based, multi-faceted, and fast-paced. Many of these projects are team-based environments and provide for a rewarding spiritual experience. Diocesan campaigns also offer directors the opportunity to make an incredible impact on mission in partnership with pastors, volunteers and donors while utilizing and growing personal leadership skills.Who You Are

Willingness to work on-site, including nights and occasional weekendsExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donorsOutstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyGreat storytelling skills and strong public speaking skillsKeen business sense demonstrated in either a professional or academic environmentDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environmentCommitment to supporting volunteer efforts to ensure a positive and purposeful campaign experience utilizing personal connection to missionStrong business acumenComputer proficiencyExcellent quantitative analytical skillsForeign language proficiency a plusResponsibilities:
Developing work plans, timetables, and customized materialsManaging and training groups of volunteersTracking and analyzing fundraising progressCoaching key leaders on fundraising best practicesProviding insight into industry-wide philanthropic trendsWorking on-site at Catholic Parish M-F and occasional nights and weekendsSalary Range:
