The pay range is $125,600.00 - $226,100.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Guest Marketing , you will lead the development of guest-centric, culturally relevant marketing strategies and plans that drive demand for the business, improve equity perceptions with our guest and build the Target brand. You will work cross functionally with marketing, merchandising and enterprise partners to bring strategic objectives that come to life across a marketing mix and guest experience touchpoints. Director, Guest Marketing Strategy , you will lead a team of Marketers, leveraging your strong leadership skills to lead the evolution of and manage a portfolio of multichannel communication and content plans, providing oversight to concepts, nurturing ideas, and ensuring we have synergies and efficiencies to deliver integrated plans, while always evolving for the future. This role requires strong organizational skills, deep digital and social acumen, strategic activation skills, team and enterprise leadership. Your ability to bring teams together to define future ways of working and multichannel playbook will enable smart innovation and learning for the full team.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.
