Campaign Director

to join our team.As Marketing Campaign Director, you will lead on the planning, development, and execution of demand-generation marketing campaigns, driving measurable business impact. You will be responsible for aligning campaign initiatives with overall growth objectives; collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience/personas, and generate high-quality leads.What you will be doing

Lead the development of comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that are aligned with business and revenue goals.Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign approach and drive differentiation.Define key target audience segments and target buyer personas to guide personalised initiatives.Develop and implement demand generation strategies to attract qualified prospects, increase pipeline velocity and deliver qualified leads.Lead the design of lead nurture workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel, driving engagement and conversion.Partner closely with sales (SDR) teams to ensure alignment on qualification and seamless handoff of qualified leads.Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid search, content).Manage the creation of all campaign assets: landing pages, emails, ad copy, Folloze boards and other promotional content, ensuring brand alignment.Coordinate with creative teams, agencies/consultants, web development and internal stakeholders (product marketing, field events, and corporate comms) to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.Measure campaign performance, regularly reporting on campaign outcomes, conversion rates, and ROI.Leverage data-driven insights to extract insights and optimise campaign performance, implementing tests on messaging and creativity to improve the effectiveness of the campaigns continuously.Collaborate with product marketing, UX and creative teams to ensure alignment on campaign messaging, product positioning and business goals.Foster strong communication with key stakeholders to secure buy-in, share campaign plans and results.What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software industry.Proven track record of leading successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that delivered strong results.Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media, with experience optimising for complex sales cycles.Expertise in marketing automation tools (ex: Marketo), CRM software (ex: Salesforce), data analytics tools (ex: Thoughtspot), and ABM tools (6Sense).Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously [using Asana and Confluence].Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey strategies and results to both a range of stakeholders and senior leadership.Creative thinker with a user-centric approach. At Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This role’s estimated annual salaried pay range is £68,000 - £102,000.
