Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time the remainder of your time.Job ID : 42338Provides administrative support to executives and team.Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations.Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Types memos, letters, e-mails, faxes, and creates expense reports.Ensures that all invoices and expenses are submitted on time..Makes travel arrangements and coordinates meetings and answers phones upon request.What You BringBS with 3+ years of experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company, customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries or MS with 1+ years of experience preferred.Basic requirements is good communication and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills.Korean language fluency preferred.You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.#LI-SF1What We OfferThe pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.
