Cluster Loss Prevention Manager

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years relevant professional or military experience
5+ years of experience in the following: security service, loss prevention, asset protection, audit, investigations, law enforcement, risk management, data analytics, inventory control, quality assurance or related field
3+ years people management experience
3+ years of experience making and influencing risk-guided decisions by leveraging data and metrics
3+ years intermediate application experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Excel to manipulate and analyze data
The Cluster Loss Prevention Manager (CLPM) leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide risk mitigation as well as security oversight and asset (People, Property, & Data) protection within their regional cluster. The CLPM creates and executes the vision for their cluster in alignment with network goals. The CLPM stakeholders include internal operations and support teams along with external partners. The CLPM reports to the Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager and has direct reports.
Key Job Responsibilities
Develop leaders and direct reports through training, mentorship, and project partnership
Lead strategic network-wide initiatives and report on key performance indicators to improve efficiency
Enable teams to identify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions
Engage, train, and influence business partners to identify and mitigate risk
Oversee and lead investigations of internal and external theft and fraud; conduct interviews when appropriate
Subject matter expert in evaluating and implementing improved physical and general security best practices
Support recruiting efforts in order to hire, develop and influence the team and regional cluster to drive Loss Prevention best practices
Implement loss mitigation strategies and manage incident response planning and execution per policy
Domestic regional travel up to 50% of the time. Work in an industrial environment that requires walking up to 5 miles a day and ability to lift up to 20 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role covers 24/7 operations and must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
A Day in the Life
Oversee a team of Security and Loss Prevention professionals providing security as a service to business customers across multiple business units within a dedicated geographical area
Lead a team that performs regular physical security audits and investigates policy violations, security-related incidents, and loss events
Develop, coach and remove barriers to drive alignment with network goals
Support key internal and external stakeholders and keep them informed of possible risk factors

Additional Qualifications
Relevant multi-site experience with varied business types such as logistics, warehouses and/or distribution centers
Relevant experience with physical security systems, investigation techniques, and/or management of contract security officers
Experience with Lean Six Sigma concepts or PMP certification
Interviewing experience; Wicklander and Zulawski, LPQ, CPP, LPC, CFI or other relevant certifications
Relevant experience in business writing and communicating with a wide range of senior stakeholders
Workplace incident mitigation or de-escalation and Business Continuity planning experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $77,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,100/year in our highest geographic market.
