Through our year-long, $1M student pitch competition, over 100,000 young people in 120 countries work to create high-impact startups that address the UN Sustainable Development Goals.Hult Prize is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team! Based in our Cambridge, MA headquarters and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll execute high-impact initiatives that elevate our brand, expand our reach, and engage our community. This role requires a strategic mind with an entrepreneurial spirit; you’ll be hands-on in driving initiatives, setting up tools and systems, and pitching in wherever necessary to make things happen.What You’ll Do:

As Marketing Manager, you’ll transform high-level strategies into effective action plans that boost our reach and impact. You’ll lead with a strong project management approach to support events, produce materials, and deliver all assets with excellence. You’ll also coach junior team members and oversee campaign calendars and marketing assets for key events. When we need extra hands, you’ll source and manage freelancers, interns, and volunteers to expand our team’s capacity.Responsibilities:Event Marketing & Campaign Support:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns for major events, such as the Global Finals, Accelerator, and National Competitions. You’ll help shape the event experience, work with production teams, and oversee the production of a large number of print and digital materials from concept through to print-ready quality.Digital Campaigns & Social Media:

Plan and oversee digital and social media campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with our brand’s mission and goals. Work closely with colleagues responsible for content, graphics and video to manage campaign execution across platforms, driving engagement, reach, and audience growth. Regularly analyze performance data to optimize and refine campaign strategies, staying agile and responsive to emerging trends and community needs.Project Management:

Take projects from start to finish, managing briefs, timelines, and coordination with key players. Oversee deliverables to make sure they’re on-brand and on time.Intern & Volunteer Management:

Leverage and guide interns and volunteers to maximize our reach. Lead them in executing campaigns, coordinating events, and driving impact.Marketing Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to inform improvements. Keep a close eye on engagement, reach, and conversion to keep us moving in the right direction.Tool Implementation + Optimization:

Identify and manage tools and software to enhance our marketing efforts. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to adopt new tools that streamline processes and provide valuable insights.Who You Are:

You bring 4-6+ years of marketing experience in nonprofit, education, or consulting, with strengths in project management, digital campaigns and event marketing. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.Additionally, you have:Event management experience, with the ability to oversee marketing and material production for large-scale events.Proficiency in overseeing the preparation of files for print and working with vendors to ensure quality control.Strong understanding of brand and campaign management, including digital marketing best practices.Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet timelines and standards, familiarity with Asana a plus.Proven ability to get work done through interns and volunteers, guiding them in contributing effectively to team goals.Data-driven approach to marketing, with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Proven experience leveraging CRM systems and marketing automation tools to execute campaigns.Proficiency with common design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially within a distributed, international team.Passion for social entrepreneurship and a commitment to supporting Hult Prize’s mission and community.To Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you’re excited about working with Hult Prize Foundation.Why you'll love working here:This is the most fun, high caliber place you’ll ever work.
