combine their extensive knowledge and experience with innovative treatment techniques to improve clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessmentsDesign treatment plans of careSupervise and monitor the progress of behavior techniciansDesign positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to the individualSupervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plansProvide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendationsGraph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summariesJob Requirements:

Valid BCBA CertificateExperience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilitiesVehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.Our benefits include:
