The Brand Ads Team builds technologies that unlock business growth potential. This team owns several ads products: reservation ads, auction ads, and innovative content ads that enable advertisers and users to foster more awareness of their brand to attain their business goals. We work on the end-to-end ads delivery tech stack, including ads bidding, ranking, and forecasting.

We are looking for a highly experienced Engineer or Technical Lead Manager to spearhead our Brand Ads product teams. You will be leading a group of talented engineers in developing world-class advertising products and technologies. Your work will have a direct impact on billions of dollars in revenue and shape the industry's landscape through complex technical challenges in infrastructure, algorithms, and machine learning.

Deep domain knowledge in the field of advertising technologyStrong technical capabilities in infra, data, or MLExperience in ads bidding, ranking, and retrieval; ads forecasting is a strong plusExpertise in large-scale ads delivery, recommendation, and search is highly desirableProven track record of working closely with product and product marketing teams is a plusQualifications:

Job InformationThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $273600 - $532000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
