Position Overview
HHM Hotels is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Vice President of Sales - Luxury & Lifestyle to lead and oversee sales efforts for a distinguished collection of luxury and lifestyle hotels that are a part of our Echelon Division. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, maximizing market share, and enhancing the visibility of our luxury and lifestyle properties.

Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
Team Development:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group planners.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Sales Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the sales skills and knowledge of your team.
Brand Awareness:
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and visibility.
Your Background and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the hotel sales industry.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle hotel markets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
