Associate Attorney
to join their team
remotely . This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to midlevel attorney to further their career in a dynamic, forward-thinking legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of non-asbestos toxic tort defense matters, including cases involving alleged exposure to chemicals or toxins in products or materials.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials.
Provide strategic legal counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy and planning.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years
of experience in the
defense of toxic tort matters
(non-asbestos focus preferred).
Must be Bar licensed
in
California , in good standing
Ability to work remotely with excellent self-management skills
Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
