Position Title:

Director of Client Services/ Operations Manager

Position Description:

Our firm is a local independent financial advisory firm focused on serving clients 50+. We are looking for a friendly and hard-working associate to help provide world-class client service to our amazing clients. You will be responsible for scheduling, handling client requests, meeting follow-up, and assisting with assigned tasks. As our Client Service Director, you should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and a track record of working well with others in a team environment. This is a Full-Time position M-F 8:30am-5pm. The Financial industry requires a mandatory background check.

Attention to detail is a must.

Typical Duties Include:

Scheduling client meetings, calling with meeting reminders, sending Zoom invitations and doing follow-up calls

Recording all client service notes in our CRM

Entering client data into our planning software

Providing support to existing client requests

Mailing out welcome packets and brochures

Assisting with overflow tasks

Data entry

Social Media updates

Monthly newsletter

Coordinating client events

Onboarding & welcoming new clients

Seminar workshop prep

Experience Preferred:

1-2 years of administrative work

Phenomenal phone communication skills are a must

General understanding of client data entry

Excellent computer application skills with Outlook, Online calendar scheduling, WealthBox, Zoom, Excel, and other online programs.

Customer service experience is a plus

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to communicate and interact with all kinds of people (both externally with customers, and internally with company team members and other departments)

Time management skills
