We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to spearhead our outreach efforts for two beautiful new communites located in St Anthony and Maplewood. If you have a passion for connecting with people and driving growth, we'd love to hear from you!

The Director of Outreach is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive outreach strategy to promote our senior living communities, build relationships with local healthcare providers, organizations, and the general community, and increase resident occupancy. This individual will represent the organization in a professional manner, strengthen community partnerships, and enhance the visibility of our senior living services to targeted audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach Strategy Development:

Create, execute, and manage an outreach plan to raise awareness of our senior living community.

Identify target audiences, including potential residents, family members, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

Relationship Building & Community Engagement:

Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, and other senior service providers.

Coordinate and host informational sessions and tours of the facility for referral sources.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Track outreach activities and their impact on occupancy growth.

Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on outreach efforts, partnerships, and community engagement outcomes.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or outreach, ideally within the senior living, healthcare, or social services sectors.

Proven track record of building community partnerships and successful outreach initiatives.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with internal teams.

Familiarity with the senior living industry and an understanding of the needs of seniors and their families.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working within a senior living, healthcare, or nonprofit environment.

Knowledge of regulatory and legal considerations in the senior care industry.

Strong project management and organizational skills.
