Join us, and experience a career well lived.Sevita is seeking a highly motivated Communications Specialist to join our growing team and create a top-class communications function that keeps employees informed and drives employee engagement. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, the Communications and Content Specialist will play a key role in the development and execution of corporate communication plans that support business priorities and improve sentiment among internal and external stakeholders. This role will work closely with leaders across our family of services to develop and execute communications initiatives that engage, excite, and inspire; align teams; and shape culture.This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US.Responsibilities:Developing and executing effective multichannel content plansCollaborating with business leads across a family of servicesSourcing, pitching, creating, packaging, and distributing content across owned channelsDeveloping high-quality communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, talking points, presentation materials, virtual meetings, video messages, etc.)Managing content for the employee intranetCoordinating internal and external communications flowAligning content plans with audience needsIdentifying local earned media opportunitiesMeasuring effectiveness of internal communications channels and audience engagement in an effort to continually improve overall communications strategiesAdditional responsibilities as needs evolveQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field3-5 years of experience in a related roleAbility to think creatively and analytically, strategically and tacticallyExperience managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDeft with spreadsheets (Excel, Smartsheet) and informational organizationStrong negotiation and customer service skillsMultimedia and basic video editing experienceOther Requirements:Travel as neededWhy Join Us?Full compensation/benefits package for employees working over 30 hours/week401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payEnjoy complex work that makes a difference in the lives of those we serveCareer development and advancement opportunities across a nationwide network
