Overview:

As the Marketing Director, you will lead and manage a team of Marketing Managers to develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aimed at delivering division & company goals. You will provide strategic marketing expertise and guidance to ensure each Division meets its lead & traffic generation goals, activates new communities timely, and delivers a strong customer experience for Beazer’s leads & prospects. The Marketing Director will also strategically participate in corporate initiatives that relate to the field.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Oversee and mentor Marketing Managers & New Home Information Managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Participates and assists in leading Regional and Corporate Marketing meetings.

Ensures adherence to Beazer brand standards, legal requirements, and all Marketing policies.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate in the creation of comprehensive quarterly marketing plans tailored to the specific needs of each Division and community. Ensure that the Division goals associated with Marketing ladder up to the company-wide initiatives.

Work with Division management and MM to assess needs, assign priorities and establish timelines to ensure goals are met.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is desired; appropriate experience will be considered.

7 – 10 years of related Marketing experience.

Strong strategic and analytical skills.

Strong leadership skills with 5+ years experience in managing multiple direct reports.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills.

Ability to communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing.

Strong interpersonal relationship skills.

Technical Knowledge & Experience:

Proven experience in marketing leadership, with a track record of successful program development and execution.

Strong analytical skills to assess various market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and inspire a team.

Physical Requirements:

Typical office environment when in home Division.

Travel to Corporate office in Atlanta will be required as needed (~1x/Quarter).

Travel to Divisions (Atlanta, Nashville, Indy & Raleigh) will be required as needed (~1-2X/Quarter).
