Job Description: Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is building a team of highly qualified professionals that will provide expertise in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Systems Engineering, who will support the development and sustainment of unique secure enclaves at the edge, that provide enterprise services and cyber network defense capabilities to customers across the DoD.AFS is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) / Cybersecurity Engineer to provide engineering expertise using technologies such as, ePO, Splunk, ACAS, Azure Automation, STIG/SCAP, and other enterprise capabilities.Responsibilities:Engineer unique solutions to support ongoing Cyber Threat and Cyber Defensive Operations.Automate threat assessment and reporting activities.Analyze and report system and organizational security posture trends to the ISSM/ISSO.Provide cybersecurity recommendations to the ISSM based on significant threats and vulnerabilities.Implement system security measures in accordance with established procedures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation.Plan and recommend modifications or adjustments based on exercise results.Mitigate or correct security deficiencies identified during security and certification testing and/or recommend risk acceptance to the ISSM.Here’s What You Need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience; OR, in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience.2+ years of Information Systems Security experienceSatisfaction of 8570 IAT II requirements (typically Security+ or greater).Willingness to travel (CONUS) 25 - 50%.Willingness to work onsite (neither remote not hybrid arrangements are possible with this role).Bonus Points If You Have:3+ years leadership experience in relevant area.Technical Certifications, such as:
Microsoft SC100, SC200, SC300, SC400, AZ104, AZ500CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSLC, CASP, ITIL, CEH

California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.You can find more information on benefits here.
