The
ERP Systems Analyst
is responsible for ensuring Company ERP meets the needs of the business through leveraging existing functionality and supported best practices. Partners with Functional Business Analysts, Systems Integrator consultants, and other IT teams to understand business requirements and technology needs and to communicate those needs to the Oracle team. Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.Document and communicate/translate requirements to the Oracle team, other IT teams, and stakeholders as required.Understand Oracle Cloud functionality and processes to conduct fit/gap analysis and present functionality options to business and IT stakeholders.Work alongside legacy PeopleSoft ERP MIS experts and assist with conversion and integration mapping specs.Complete mapping specifications for related deliverables working with Functional Business Analysts.Work with technical resources to communicate requirements, understand design options, present pros/cons, and determine level of effort to Functional Business Analysts and other stakeholders.Own functional specifications for system configuration, reports, integrations, and extensions.Work with Functional Business Analysts to validate test scripts and training documentation.Ensure changes and updates are fully documented and vetted in a pre-production environment for any new applications or changes within an application.Understand support requirements for new and existing functionality and provide knowledge transfer to support resources.Troubleshoot system issues and provide direction on resolution to support team and other stakeholders.Analysis of solution impact to system performance, security and access, data and reporting, and downstream impacts (integrations, extensions).Qualifications
Required:Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience as a functional resource.Experience implementing some combination of Oracle Cloud General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, or Treasury.Demonstrated experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, client user training.Ability to design complex solutions including Oracle SaaS, PaaS, OIC, OAC, and PowerBI.Ability to work with multiple dynamic teams of developers and business resources.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Related Field.Preferred:Functional implementation experience with 2+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.12+ years’ experience implementing any combination of Oracle Cloud General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, or Treasury.Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.An advanced degree in the area of specialization.Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications.Experience mentoring and coaching others.Demonstrated documentation experience in creating rich documentation.Join our safety focused team today!
